As well as tackling your specific challenge, participants will learn by doing, embedding skills and a mindset they can apply to future improvements with confidence.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eDelivered on-site with all materials included, this facilitated workshop is for groups of around 10 people. Participants should together represent the core cross-functional expertise needed to understand and improve the process.
