Working one-to-one with a senior operational excellence expert, these sessions will give you clarity and direction on the necessary actions for lasting operational change, tailored to your priorities and context.

This service can be used ad hoc for specific operational challenges or on an ongoing basis as a sounding board. It is ideal for organisations requiring support without the cost of a permanent position in-house.

Sessions are held via video call and scheduled at your convenience over an eight-week period. If we have not worked together before, we will start with an additional short chemistry check call to ensure the advisory relationship feels right.
