Rapid Improvement Workshop (two days)

Transform a business process in two focused days.

This intensive workshop is designed for teams who are facing recurring process problems, such as bottlenecks, inconsistent customer experience, rework or slow turnaround times, and want to resolve them. Over two days, your facilitator will guide the group through analysing the current state end-to-end, defining the future state target condition and piloting solutions ready to be put into practice. As well as tackling your specific challenge, participants will learn by doing, embedding skills and a mindset they can apply to future improvements with confidence.

Delivered on-site with all materials included, this facilitated workshop is for groups of around 10 people. Participants should together represent the core cross-functional expertise needed to understand and improve the process. A pre-workshop diagnostic session and post-workshop follow-up session are also included. Depending on your location, facilitator travel costs may be added.
